If you look at the calendars for the coming months, expect to find a few gaps.
Certain groups traditionally take a break during the Summer Holiday time of year.
Ancestry - no meetings July, August and September.
Bus Pass Warriors - trips cancelled for June and July.
Singing for Fun - will have a summer break (from end July to Sept 1st).
Sunday Jazz Sessions, Table Tennis and Philosophy - no meetings in July and August.
Ten Pin Bowling - runs only in quiet school terms, not busy school holidays. Last session Fri July 10th.
Photography - no scheduled meetings until September, but various outings happening (contact leader for info).
(Still leaves more than 30 regular groups, as well as open meetings and listed events, all still up and running.)
There may be other session cancellations too, if it happens that lots of people attending a smaller group are unavailable. So, general guidance, if you are new or haven't been for a while, do contact group leaders rather than just turning up, especially around this holiday period.
