This newly set up activity group is open to all members offering a monthly outing to local towns with minimal outlay – all you need is a TfGM bus pass or the relevant bus fare. No maximum numbers – if we fill up one bus, there will be another one along shortly.

A monthly Saturday event, a popular day for shopping. If this proves popular, it could be extended to a monthly weekday event.

The simple format is:

Gather and register at Wigan Bus Station.
Jump aboard the next bus. Don’t be late!
Arrive in the designated town.
A handout will be provided with points of interest at the destination plus return bus times, and an emergency contact number.
